ixtreme M5722 keeps crashing

Hey been having this issue for months now, where the PC stays on but the screen cuts off. The only way I can get back on is by restarting the computer via power button. It can happen anytime wether it be browsing the web or playing a game i.e WoW which takes about 3 minutes for it to crash. Tried updating graphics drivers to no avail however. Heres my specs:

Windows 7

Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad
CPU Q8300 @ 2.50GHz

6.00 GB ram

64-bit operating system

Nvidia GeForce GT 220


From the looks of things online many people are having the issue with this computer but no solution as of yet. Ive cleaned the PC from the inside thoroughly many times and still no change when free from dust. Any help would be appreciated
