Hi all, i`m new here. My problem is that one of my speaker doesn`t work. The Blue one jack says that it`s Rear Speaker Out and the green one says it`s Front Speaker Out. So when i plug speaker in green jack it`s work - but when i plug into blue one it doesn`t work. How can i change blue one to be Front Speaker Out so to can listen from plugged speakers in green and in blue jack ? And one more thing when i`m brousing let`s say in youtube i can`t listen, no sound coming out from neither speaker. Can somebody help me ? My OS is Windows 7 Ultimate Edition and i`m using sound driver from my desktop disk. Any ideas how can i fix it :tip:
P.S forgot to say that i`m on 64 bit system

hi MaCyP, and welcome to sevenforums,

i take it you have a 5.1 sound system and speakers. make sure your speakers are configured correctly in windows control panel (see picture below).

most sounds are still only in stereo - which means two speakers = front left and front right.

normally, your rear speakers will only be used in some games or movies which have a 5.1 or surround sound output.

so, all your stereo music, windows sounds etc will only come out of the front two speakers.

you should also have a single front centre speaker? - again that will only be used in games or surround-sound movies.

on my soundcard's cpntrol panel, i have an option X-Fi CMSS-3D, and when i turn this on, the soundcard also plays the front music out of the rear speakers too, so it is a false pseudo-surround sound.

i do not know if your card has a similar setting?
