Jalepeno poppers

So today I decided to make my own, I gathered the ingredients



Stuffed the with Jalepeno cheddar cream cheese



and wrapped them in bacon to take to my grill

Arhh Doug, you are talking my language now my friend, I absolutely love Jalapenos!

I bought some a while back, they were stuffed with cheese and coated in breadcrumbs and then deep fried, they were very tasty.

I like your style and I will try your method out very soon

Hey Doug I did the same thing but ran out of Bacon

So I used Dry salami instead and it came out pretty proper

That was fun, they came out a little hotter than the usual ones we eat. The wife and I like hot stuff, but I used jalepeno cheddar cheese as the stuffing and she could only eat 1 1/2 of them We will eat more later :warn: they are warm!

Something about peppers and grilling them makes them hotter,
Most people Flame kiss to remove the skin first as it tends to toughen up after cooking.

You are right, the grill method did seem to be hotter. It did make for a fun afternoon cooking though
