Solved Java do not run at IE 32bits but other browser.

I using Window 7 64bits
I already install java 32bits and java 64bits at my pc.
But one this is the java do not run at my IE 9 x86 one but other browser
Like :
IE 9 x64
Safari x86
Opera x86
Mozilla x86
Chrome x86

I using this website How do I test whether Java is working on my computer? to test it.
And come out only IE 9 x86 don't have java in it.
How to solve the problem?? Thank.

I am sorry, not a computer expert but wanted to add a problem I am having with Java and Windows 7. I got a pop up for the latest version which I downloaded. After I did that then got off the internet and tried to get back on, I got a Java pop up with some weird letters. I signed on, the pop up came up again and after many clicks it closed then my internet connection was gone. I tried this numerous times and each time, the internet was gone. I finally set the computer back a few days back to remove this Java update. Any clues what happened? I an running Windows 7 64 bit and using Firefox for the browser.
