Just upgraded psu and gpu, stuck on "reboot and select proper boot..."

Hello,
Just purchased and put in a new psu and gpu into my system, but when I boot up my computer I get a black screen saying "reboot and select proper boot device or insert....." Etc.
I use windows 7 but it came installed on my premade futureshop computer and I don't seem to have the cd. Can anyone help me out please?

Are you certain the hard drive is receiving power?

90% of the time after putting in a new psu problems are just because a wire or cable was overlooked.
HDD should have both a data cable and a power cable pluged into it.

That's an older image a newer drive would have a much smaller data cable but you get the general idea.

Don't feel too bad, only reason I knew is because I've done it myself.
