KB4499175 updated, now spurious desktop folder "Libraries (32-bit)"
I did a direct download of KB4499175 from a link here. Running it and rebooting, everything seemed fine. Then I noticed a new folder on my desktop, I don't remember the name now, something generic. It wouldn't open or recycle. After another reboot it's gone but I have another new folder, again it won't open or recycle. This time it's named "Libraries (32-bit)"
