Keep Getting BSOD every time Error IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Every Single time i start up the PC it crashes and it gives me this error. i added a imgur link so you guys can have a quick glance at it. i usually fix my own problems but this one has gotten out of my hands and now i need some back up!

Run a full scan with both (separately) once downloaded, installed and updated.
Run the System File Checker that scans the of all protected Windows 7 system files and replaces incorrect corrupted, changed/modified, or damaged versions with the correct versions if possible:

Run Disk Check on your hard disk for file system errors and bad sectors on it:

Update to the latest drivers for your graphic card.
Click on the Start rb: ► Control Panel ► Programs ► Uninstall a program ► Uninstall the related stuff
Delete remnants of their drivers using Driver Sweeper
Download the latest drivers from AMD.com or filehippo.com
