Keeps creating "My Pictures" folder with no location tab

I have all my pictures in my regular My Pictures folder, however, every time I do anything with photos my machine creates a new My Pictures folder inside the My Documents folder. This newly created folder does not have a location tab under properties so I delete it but next time I look at or file away or print some pictures the new My Pictures folder (without location tab) reappears. Any idea/advice how to stop this happening appreciated in advance.

"Anything" is a little wide spread can you narrow down and post exact actions which creates this new My Pictures folder,
Are you using a photo editing program if so which one.
First start would be to access you user folders,
Click the Start button and click on your User name listed near the top,
Right click each "My" folder and Properties/ Location/ Restore default location.
Also Customize/ Make sure each separate folder is Optimized for that file/ My Pictures=Pictures...
