does anyone know how to use this?

So ive been messing with bios and what not. ive played with skyn3t, XOC, and stock LN2 bios, and out of them all, the stock LN2 bios overclocks the best! i got to 1375MHz on stock voltage! anyway, as soon as i start to add voltage core clock plummets because its drawing to much power and it crashes. anyway, i have no idea how to edit bios but would some one be able to edit this bios for me? its the stock LN2 one for my 780Ti kingpin

im looking for 2 versions:

Version 1:
30-100% fan
disabled 70c temp throttle
raised power target ( like what skyn3t or XOC have)
disable any throttling the bios has

Version 2:
same exact thing with version 1, but if possible, i would like to have software voltage control like XOC has in MSI Afterburner.

clocks and voltages don't have to be changed along with GPU boost 2.0. i would like to keep it as much stock as possible. it would be really appreciated if someone can do please! thank you!
