Keyboard and mouse won't work on welcome screen

Your motherboard has ps/2 ports so because ps/2 mouse and keyboard are so cheep I would buy one. Everybody should have one or two of each tucked away just for such occasions.

Gonna get one tomorrow and Ill tell how's the problem.

Got it. Still a weird issue. Did you open the case and check the condition as well as have a good look around the mobo?

Mobo seems to be fine, can't smell anything weird and I guess that if windows starts and graphic card works it all should be good. And also if the video card runs good then my PCI-E usb 3.0 port should also work and even if I plug my mouse there the problem still appears. Today I should have the PS/2 keyboard and Ill tell if this resolved the case.

All USB ports seems to be fine because for example my phone says that usb had been connected and it starts charging.

Then the issue isn't the ports.....its either the devices, or the drivers for the devices. Have you been able to get a P/S2 mouse yet, and try that?

These kind of issues and others is why I'm back on wired keyboards and mouse. I miss the wireless but not the issues.

I tried ps/2 keyboard annd yet it didnt work... Dunno what to do really cause I can't even reinstall my OS... and another strange thing is that when Im in bios I can change DPI in my mouse ( RAT 3 ) and when the windows is starting ( windows icon i shown ) I cant to it anymore and my mouse like shuts down i mean all the lights arent working and I can see only the red laser.

Wow the problem's solved. I just unplugged everything from the mobo and then I plugged it back in, I also unplugged net cable and left only ps/2 keyboard. After all of that i clicked enter and it went as it should've.

Fantastic, it's always the simple things. Glad it's working again please update drivers and anything else you can think of.

When you had your new keyboard plugged in and rebooted Windows 7 picked up the new keyboard and installed the proper driver. Now install the proper drives for the other keyboard and mouse and do the same thing. Please follow the instruction that came with your USB wireless mouse and keyboard. Rebooting a computer does a lot of nice things. I didn't ever ask, what kind of wireless mouse and keyboard do you have?
