What voltage is the memory supposed to run at and is it set correctly to that in the bios?

800 speed shown in CPUZ is normal---it is double data rate RAM, which equates to 1600.

What are detailed specs of that Kingston RAM compared to the detailed specs of Crucial brand RAM for your motherboard using the Crucial.com configurator?

It is supposed to run at 1.65V and in BIOS it is set to Auto

I notice that all of that Crucial RAM is 1.5 volt, unbuffered, non-ECC.

yeah its unbuffered, non-ECC. Only difference is Volt i.e. 1.65v

also I have changed the DRAM volt in BIOS from auto to 1.64v

Here is the screenshot of memtest which I did for 10 hours last night.

it passed 7 tests without any error. If you notice I overclocked my cpu to 3.6 GHz while running it. after memtest, when I booted my computer i started to get BSOD again on windows login screen.

So for time being I loaded default BIOS settings to see if it passes the windows login screen which it did.

What happens if you take it down to 1.5 volts?

I haven't tried changed volage.

After messing with my pc and searching over forums/internet, I figured out since I installed new RAM I started to get BSOD randomly so I reverted back to my old RAM sticks and now my pc works fine. No BSOD at all. So I've returned hyperx for full refund.
