LAN Home Network with router + Wifi internet

Can someone tell me why he cannot activate the W7 with USB device connection AND home wifi together? Both accessing the internet?

The problem is that I cannot change it from public. Because the 'link' to change it that should be there is blacked Out and non-clickable.
