Language problem

Hi Im BRAND new to 7 forums, and i really need help install a korean, cause my computer cannot read korean nor can it type it, i need to type a paper on korean history... in well korean so i really need some help and if anyone is willing to help me through that be fantastic, windows 7 64 bit, i've tried going to control panel and adding languages but it doesn't do anything, do i have to download it? please help

Well there's a few things you need to do if you want to change the operating system to a different language. You should also be able to simply change the keyboard input language without changing the menu languages but I'm not sure about that.

Hello Kipumab, welcome to the Seven Forums.

To type in Korean without changing the current language of Windows, read this post. This works in every edition of Win7.
