Hi, I have a problem with an external HDD Spire. My laptop won't recognize the driver. When I plug it it my USB port the driver's light turns on and I can hear some noise from it but Windows won't prompt me and it doesn't show in my computer. I have a Compaq CQ58 laptop, windows 7 32.
I checked in Computer Management and it doesn't show the drive there. I checked in Device Manager to see if I have an update issue but it only shows my internal HDD.
I hooked to another laptop Toshiba and it's showing, same windows 7 32bit.
Please help, I need to use it really fast for a project.
