I told you how to get to the programs, defragment the c partition, and you simply run disk cleanup on the c partition too.

Just run the programs.

Yes that is Diak cleanup, just let it run. After it runs make sure all the check boxes are checked then click ok and delete files.

Then defragment the hard drive 4 or 5 times.

I've been trying to download that and do the disk cleanup for the past 30 minutes- just for an idea of how slow this computer still is...

Would I be able to clean my disk and defragment my hard drive in safe mode? My computer seems to have run much quicker whilst being in that.

How many Important and Optional Updates did you install? Have they completed yet?

I could have already gone over your PC for you.

Type msconfig in Start Search box, uncheck everything in msconfig>Startup and msconfig>Services tabs after Hiding all MS Services, Apply. Reboot PC.

And try installing teamviewer once again when it reboots?

Ive tried opening the setup file normally and running as administrator. It doesnt load up after i do it. Similar to how i have to click on gyazo to take a screenshot. The downloads folder keeps saying not responding and then stops and then the run dialog box comes up, i click run, and nothing happens

Did you uncheck all msconfig>Startups and msconfig>Services (after Hiding All MS Services) as I suggested 30 minutes ago, then reboot the PC?

Is there some reason you were not interactive with these steps? I needed it reported back that you had done this and I got something else entirely.
