Laptop Freezes. Event ID 100 Boot Performance

I have a Pavilion g7-2017. Recently it has been freezing several times a day. It shows a performance error 100. Not sure what to do. I tried running a System Health Report but it shows that the "Data Collector Set or one of its dependencies is already in use. I do not know it this is related. The graphics rating is 5.7.
