Those should be part of your profile and not stored in a temp folder.

Right well. I tried erasing 9gb of temporary files on my SSD on my Main desktop.. And you know what happened? instead of going 6gb to 15gb i went down to 5gb left on my SSD... Anyone got any ideas? It doesnt seem disk cleanup worked.

Did you empty the recycle bin ?
Maybe the deleted files are still using space there.
Disk Cleanup and other utilities may not correctly (if at all) if there is not enough (10%) free space.

Well they arent in the recycle bin. and since apparently disk cleanup doesnt see it it thinks its deleted as far as my PC is concerned... gone down to 4.37gb and i could have saved 9gb. Any other way to make sure its COMPLETELY gone and not maybe just hidden?

I'm not going to re-read this whole thread, so if these have been suggested and done, ignore my ideas ...

Your drive is 750 GB, right ? If so, i assume you store all USER data on [C] - Pictures, Videos, Music, Documents, etc. Do you have Hibernate enabled ? That can take a big chunk of space. Do you have a PageFile on [C], and how big is it ? Those can be 2 big space eaters that could easily be removed, so you have more free space to work with, at least temporarily. If all your USER data is on [C], can you COPY some of the LARGE files to a different drive/partition ? If a COPY is successful, then you can delete the files from [C]. DON'T do a MOVE, do a COPY, then a delete ! A MOVE could fail and you could lose the file ! Using Shift-Delete deletes a file permanently, it does not get moved to the recycle bin.
