Laptop randomly losing Internet connection

we have 2 laptops both windows 7 wireless one is loosing constantly internet the other laptop stays on fine no problems

nothing has changed, the one dropping the connection uses Kaspersky for years now, no new programs installed etc
any idea what this could be?

any help will be appreciated

Can you please provide us a screen capture of the Xirrus Wi-Fi Inspector?

Might be worth it to scan your computer for possible virus/malware infections. You may use the free SuperAntiSpyware and Eset online scanner. Test you connection after.

hi I will scan the laptop tonight
I also used a wired connection and it worked great

will post findings of virus scan
