laptop's bluetooth problems

i have some problems with my laptop's bluetooth... when i bought the laptop it was working but now i cannot even find the blutooth on my pc...

can somebody explain to me what should i do???

i found the drivers on the laptop's webpage but this pops up as i try to install it

Hiya and welcome to the forums.

Make sure that you haven't turned it off by accident. On some laptops there is a small button/slide somewhere around the front/edge of the laptop and on others there is usually a "FN" key that needs to be pressed in conjunction with one of the "F" keys (should have a bluetooth logo on it) ... hope this helps a bit pal
