Hi arjfca

I am Sampad from Dell Social Media.

You can run this Microsoft fixit link for any failed windows update:-

http://go.microsoft.com/?linkid=9767096

Run this MSFixit tool and reboot your system and try the same update again.
Incase if it doesnt work, it will provide an error code, make a note of that error code and let me know the same.

Thanks and regards,

Hi again

Same problem. Windows update "Fix-It" application as been done and same problem do occur

I did look in the Windows Update file and a problem seem to be related to the update of a Studio Visual Basic file.

Anything else I could do?
