Hi,
It may be you have not set Ccleaner to Run as Admin.
In the start search box, type C: then select Program Files (x86)> open the Ccleaner folder> rt click Ccleaner.exe>select Properties>Compatibility tab>tick Run as Admin box>Apply>OK.
IF it still does not work and you have ownership of the recycle bin as described in my earlier post, you can use this .reg file.
Download the file, rt click and Extract , then double click the .reg file. Click Yes at the warning.
