Strange...Looks You haven't open the CMD window as Administrator, did you?...
the last command was right: New Folder\infinst_autol.exe -overall
Something is wrong, either you kept two "New Folder" in C:\ and omitting typing a backslash to have access to the folder.
We gonna try like that:
Put in C:\ directly the infinst_autol.exe
Open the Cmd windows as Admin and type cd\, only...
It shows C:\>
then type infinst_autol.exe -overall
The result is C:\>infinst_autol.exe -overall ( then hit Enter)
