i don't know what happen it was normal yesterday but today its very choppy and i can barely played it and is the only game affected .i have Amd Radeon HD 6530D Graphics .

well last week i had to reset my pc to factory setting then i updated my driver and thats all .i didn't add or remove anything.

update tf2 is laggy too i am going to a system restore wish me luck.

the system restore fixed tf2 but not left4 dead 2 its kinda playable but the its still kinda choppy .probably going to buy the xbox version to play it also going to play postal 2 from now on left 4 dead 2 was kinda boring until i got the mods

Have you tried setting everything on low and enabling Multicore Rendering?
