Solved Lenovo E430 BJ9 after recovery cannot windows update.

Lenovo E430 BJ9 win 7 64 bit professional sp1
i recover my notebook to factory setting.
after that tried to windows update, but it stuck at checking for updates screen.
i'm using Eset Smart Security 9, have tried to disable firewall & protection while windows update, but still it just stuck at checking for updates.

i have run SURT(CBS.zip) & SFC Scan(sfc.txt).
i tried to read the cbs log but cannot understand the error. pls help.

update : i have got the windows update run faster by installing KB3138612. this installer also get quite a long time to run (checking our installed updates) but i just leave it to work and finish install. after that it will ask for restart notebook, just restart and then run your windows update again, it should be can get all win update list within 5 minute (returning 180+ update need to be installed). before apply this KB i run check for update around 20 minutes - 1 hour and get no result.

Hi There,
As you have done a factory reset it will take a long time to Check and download the 200+ updates.
Let it run overnight.

thanks for the response & supported. a lot of knowledge and usefull information in this forum.
another thing that i think affecting the long time to check for updates is the windows update cleanup. after i clean it up using disk cleanup from windows, my check for updates run faster than before..
