Lenovo Ideapad 330s-15ikb touchpad not working

Hello, I currently have windows 7 ultimate with almost all the drivers installed but for some reason the touchpad won’t work. It only works on 10, if someone could help me find the correct driver it would be appreciated

No, I managed to get it to appear in device manager after installing the intel serial io drivers but for some reason it keeps on saying error 39 device wont start

No, that is my desktop, the touchpad I am talking about is the one for lenovo ideapad 330s-15ikb

I don't know for sure which software was used originally used for your system. This seems to provide three-

Touchpad Driver (Elan, Synaptics, ALPS) for Windows 7 (64-bit) - V330-15IKB, V330-15ISK - Lenovo Support US

I installed Win 7 on one of my Dell work stations, which uses a synaptics driver. One issue I'm having is that, depending on browser I use, the touchpad becomes disabled and I have to reboot for it to work. That didn't happen on my other identical Dell Work Station. I don't know if that's happening to you.
