Library opens at start-up

I was using my sisters computer and noticed that every time windows starts-up the library opens i was wondering if this is a common problem and i would correct it for her.
Any help would be appreciated.

yeah, that was the first thing i checked, like 5 hours ago. But it doesn't show up anywhere that it is suppose to load on start up.

have you try restoring previous folder option.?
Go to Control Panel>open Folder Options, under the View tab uncheck "Restore previous folder windows
at logon">OK. Reboot to see changes
