Hi I want to make a "bar" with some programs on my desktop to look like the one from MAC.
Can I do that on windows 7?

There are Transformation Packs/Themes But I wouldn't recommend Changing Themes and stuff it can slow down your Computer

Are you sure you want to do this also please be Advised it will not look exactly like a Mac

I don't want to make to look like MAC,I just want a top bar or a down bar like Vista and/or MAC.

Yep like Lorddenis says objectdock has the mac lookalike already built in. The style is called "silverfox" and comes with the new version objectdock 2.0 Object Dock 2.0 download
