After many Windows updates were automatically installed, I've noticed my 'Normal Select' cursor changing to a 'Working In Background' cursor every 15 minutes. What could be causing this? Is it possible to stop or uninstall the cause of this? It lasts about 5-6 seconds and is already quite annoying.

This could have only started because of a Windows update. Below is a capture of the latest ones:

I checked my Task Manager and it looks related to two processes of nacl64.exe, both are Google Chrome processes. They disappear 10-15 seconds after my mouse cursor has returned to normal.

I also checked the Chrome Task Manager and three processes appeared.

I actually discovered it was the Google Play Music extension. I turned it off and have no more annoyances :)
