login error message

yesterday when i tried to login to my account, the system gave following error message

i am unable to recall the actual message it was something like this

"system running low on resources. please login to another account"

when i rebooted the system, the error message went away

Hi there ... When exactly does this happen ... When changing accounts ? If you are switching back and fourth with different users .. This can happen a reboot should solve the issue .. Or is it when you come out of sleep mode

This used to happen to me all the time in windows 8 after leaving it at the start screen for awhile, the only thing that would fix it was to start a major optimization session with my computer and after a few days doing this i never got the error again, still resorted to windows 7, of course, tho lol.

this happened when i switched account, this only happened to me 2 days ago......i am using win7 for a long time but initally i had only one account, now i have 3 accounts one for me and 2 for kids
