I have a 910 Logitech webcam. I have installed and uninstalled the software and drivers over 20 times. I have talked to Logitech support numerous times. My problem is that my webcam is working perfect About 10 minutes later I get a message saying "Camshaell.exe Help" cannot be found and the web cam freezes, can't use it. I unplug the USB reboot. Same thing happens. I have to uninstall all software download and re-install. Works great for 10 to 15 minutes then the same thing happens again. I am running a GTX 595 card, Quad 4 pent 3.4, 16 Gigs of Ram and a HD Titanium Soundblaster card. I have taken this webcam back to Best Buy twice now thinking it was the camera. It happens again and again. Running Win &/ 32 bit. Need a fix, patch or something. I sing on the internet and I must have a working webcam at all time, not for just 10 minutes at a time.

Thank You So Much

Please do not post you email to the forum, just edit it out by the time you read this.
It is C910 right?
Hey, try to contact them this error is so uncommon that I only found your other post at the logitech forum, you can go through a 24 hour long troubleshooting, but that is up to the support.

On Logitech's website they show 2 driver packages - "Smart Installer" and "Full Installer". Have you tried both of these?

You must be sure to completely remove the old driver and software before installing the new packages. Use the Logitech Uninstall program, or Control Panel > Remove Programs to do this, don't just remove the device from Device Manager.

That Logitech driver package is loaded with bloatware. See if there is an option to do a Custom Install and install as little as possible, preferably just the webcam driver.

16GB of ram and 32bit os? that is a bit odd
32bit os can use around 3-4GB of your 16GB so other 12GB is wasted.
the cpu or i think it is cpu "Quad 4 pent 3.4" is strange too.
maybe its not logitech software/hardware problems but something wrong with your windows.

smart and full is same thing only difference is that full can be used for offline install and smart dowloads as you do the install only components that you select (you can select same thing in full).
yes loghitech cam driver has some bloatware. even windows update dowload loghitech driver with some bloatware.

Sorry it's a 3.2 quad. Have Dl both full and smart does the samething. Reinstalled win 7 with all new updated. Still does the same thing. I noticed that you must use enhanced USB ACPI . Where can I download this driver so I can put the Webcam USB into this USB plug?I looked at my device manager but it does show me a seperate USB enhaaced when I plus the webcam into any of the 8 USB port. I have a Rampage III extreme it seems like it would have ACPI.

Thank You For Your Help
