Logitech keyb-mouse driver

Hi, I have a Logitech EX110 keyboard/mouse kit (M/N: M-RAF95; Spanish 105 keys) and I tryed to install setpoint480_x64.exe in Windows 7 Ultimate Edition (64bits). I got this error message: "The VC8 library couldn't be properly installed. Restart PC and reinstall". I did it 4 or 5 times with the same error. I have even downloaded the setup file again... What's wrong? I'll appreciate your help. NB: the keyboard and mouse are working but with limited options (not all buttons work in the KB and the wheel button is not recognized in the Mouse).
