Logon screen will freeze on please wait

Hi,

I'm not sure if I posted this thread on the right place so if I did I'm sorry.Well the point is, I can't logon into my computer because when windows boots then it will freeze on please wait without any hard drive noise. To fix it "temporally" i will need to boot on safe mode and them use system restore. Then when I shut down my computer and then tomorrow when I turn it on again it wiil freeze on please wait again.

Please help

• Check for viruses.
  
  Download and install the free version of Malwarebytes : Free anti-malware, anti-virus and spyware removal download (do not start the trial) and make sure it is updated. Do not run a scan yet.
  Download VIPRE Rescue - VIPRE Computer Recovery Solution from Sunbelt Software but do not unzip it yet
  Download the Fakerean removal tool but do not run it yet.

  Unzip VIPRE Rescue and let it run.
  Run a full scan with Malwarebytes.
  Run the fakerean removal tool.​
