Long time reboot after a BSOD

When i reboot my pc after a bsod it sometimes doesn't boot up right away. I need to turn it off and on again or just wait a couple of minutes. Plus it takes a long time to boot up.
I guess it is a hardware problem and would apreciate if someone told me which component can cause this.
