Lost Bluetooth

My bluetooth has disappeared. One day it simply wasn't there. I've tried all kinds of things to get it back, but no luck. Any help and/or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Lost it does it show in device manager?

In Device Mgr. I have:
Bluetooth Radio
-CSR Bluetoothradio
Network Adapters
-Bluetooth Personal Area Device
Sound, video and game controllers
-Bluetooth Hands-Free Device (this line repeats 6 times)
-Bluetooth Stereo Audio (this line repeats 7 times)

These are all the mentions of Bluetooth in the Device Mgr.

Explain how you cant connect ie cant pair or nothing to start BT
