Lost illumination logitech K800 keyboard

Suddenly can't get illumination from my keyboard. Running windows 10. Everything else is Ok for keyboard and mouse using unifying software and controller. Logitech support no help. Any thoughts?

As this is a wireless keyboard I assume it has a battery to provide the illumination, Is the battery fully charged?. If it it is remove the battery & check the battery connections. It's possible the battery has failed, so it might need replacing.

The K800 is recharged using a USB cable that plugs in on the back edge.
I had the same problem with my K800 and recharging fixed it.
