Yes clean your Video Card good. I always remove mine to clean it. The card that you are using should be OK to run this game at it's highest settings.

My GTX 660M in my laptop doesnt make that loud a noise playing the same game on external display, so would agree with others & clean fans or re paste graphics card last resort.

guys is it safe ?

Is it safe to open and clean? Yes if you are careful and don't touch the boards unless you are discharged of static. Is this fan condition safe? I would say that the fan (s) are trying to keep the rig cool and are working beyond hard....so is it safe? Is it too loud and would I want to track down a resolution....hell yes !

Do you have a friend with an air compressor? If so, you may want to take it over there and blow it out. Don't blow the fans directly and let them spin, hold them with a finger or two and then blow them off. Also, don't blow straight on slots/components, blow at an angle. When blowing air into a component such as a power supply, if you can, blow air in such a way that dust will be expelled out the back. The PSU has an intake/exhaust side, intake being on top/bottom and exhaust being the side where the power plug is........try to keep the dust flowing in a natural way. Video cards are much the same way, either they exhaust air out the back, or they exhaust air into the case. IF you take the card out, don't touch the PCI express connector(the piece that plugs into the PCI slot) try holding it by the shroud if possible. Don't forget to take off the side panel and front panel if possible.......dust will hide in there as well, and if you don't blow it out, it will eventually be deposited right back into your system.

MoeX,
We're you able to open the rig up and look for dust in the system? I would switch the rig off, pull all connections off the IO panel then place on a open table and remove both side panels. Then get a flash light and have a good look around, I'm sure the rig will be loaded with dust. Then take it outside in a well ventilated area and blow out the rig paying attention to fans, cooling fins and all surfaces front and back. I like to use a small dry paint and tooth brush as well as q-tips for the fan blades. This need to be done every 6 months at the very least and if you have it on for long periods, have high dust or animals then even more often. Please let us know what you find inside and how the system behaves after cleaning.

I just cleaned my rig out really good yesterday and it visually wasn't that bad but there was dust in between the fan and radiator(because my fan sucks cold, outside air IN and through the rad) and under load, testing with AIDA64 I'm seeing avg temps 5* cooler than just a few days ago. My rig was clean by most any standards and I saw a difference in temp.....if you have never cleaned yours out, it's long overdue.
