Hi guys

I know this isn't exactly Win 7 related but I always found you guys a great source of knowledge in the past and I was hoping one of you guru types could maybe point me in the right direction

I have a Cisco Linksys wireless n-usb net adapter with dual band
Model - wusb600n ver.2
Win 7 Ultimate

I just want to turn it into a Usb hard drive if possible?

If you can help, or if you know it definitely can't be done... any assistance would be gratefully appreciated...

Cheers guys

This is a network adapter, not a pen drive. Just because it has a USB connector does not make it a storage device.

Maybe I'm missing something or not understanding. But how or why would you think it could be turned into a storage device? It has wireless hardware inside, not flash memory.

Are you asking because you need both functions, but only have one USB port?

Na just being stupid I guess.

Seemed like people on the web had managed to turn their adapters into storage devices.

I thought it might be possible as the architecture looks the same...

Silly me :o

A pineapple and a grenade look similar too, but have far different purposes. :)

Do you have any links where someone claims to do this?
