A couple of weeks ago I uninstalled Malwarebytes (Free) from Add/Remove Program. Checking in Program Files x86 a Malwarebytes folder contains one file, mbamext.dll which I tried to delete this morning. A window popped up saying, This action can't be completed because the file is open in Windows Explorer. Close the file and try again.
Opened Win Explorer and I do not see this file. I even checked the System 32 folder and do not see the mbamexe.dll file. Any suggestions on how to delete this file? Thanks.

Thanks for the reply guys.
Ran the cmd prompt-No Joy
Safe Mode-No Joy
On a whim, I ran a program I have, Advanced System Care 5 (IObit) and did a Forced uninstall of the mbamext.dll file. Success. It removed the Malwarebyte folder in my Program files x86.
