Manual tunning and PAL/NTSC settings

Hi,

I have a HP AVC 3610 dual TV tuner box. Windows 7 has drivers and is working fine. However, I am unable to tune the channels as there is no TV guide in India.
Also, the output is coming in NTSC where as the channels in India are in PAL. How do I change both these settings in Windows Media Center.

Make certain that you have drivers installed from the manufacturer, not simply the drivers that Windows automatically installs when you connect the device. Once you've installed the proper drives, I would assume that they include some sort of software to change the settings of the TV Tuner.

I have installed the drivers. The drivers does not come with any software to tune the TV tuner. Its a Media center tuner card given for Media center PCs.
What I am asking is that isn't there any way to manual tune in Media center just like in Media center OS?
