I hate to say this but contacting EA via e-mail on this issue is going to get you nowhere. As you saw with there initial answer, they're not really all that interested in dealing with the issue, seeing how they misrepresented themself by initially stating that the game didn't work with Wndows 7 when it clearly stated in the system requirement it did. Bottom line is if you want EA support, you're going to have to call them.
