feel like a noob.
but after moving a few files and folders around last night in order to 'better' organize my media, i seem to have done something that i cannot identify that's caused all the library data in my media player (and thus my media center) to disappear. i've tried to 'restore libraries' to no avail. and i've done a system recovery to a date when the folders were full of data, also to no avail.
what else, other than a system reinstall can i try to repopulate the library data? otherwise, as i don't really care to use the media player BUT love to use the media center, are there other ways (programs?) that will allow me to provide my music, pic, and video files to the media center? right now setting 'media libraries' in the media center yields the same result... nada.
thanks in advance.
