You've got to burn the iso file, not the img file.

I personally like CD/RWs because you can erase them and it's like new almost. One downside is they burn a lot slower than CD/Rs do.

The CD? Nope, burn it with w7 built in image burning system. Right click the iso then burn image to disk.

Update: I tried memtest and it worked, haven't finished yet but already its showing 30,000 errors and the test I made is the one that shows at startup and only did 8 tests at 55% pass.

I think I found the cause of my BSOD the sound driver, When my speaker or my headset is plugged on normal or safe mode my PC crashes its not responding when I restart and no sound device is plugged my PC is working fine.

Keep tabs on that behavior, and if you haven't already, check for audio driver updates.

Edit: Wait a minute. Just reread the prior posts here about the memory errors. You've got to deal with that first.

No BSOD's is happening now since post #69 which is 2 weeks ago. And I ran Memtest86+ again but no errors are showed. I'll keep you updated guys.

Hey guys an update: Action center detected a virus named Win32/Small.CA, I don't know where it is yet. It says the it caused my PC to stop working properly on Dec. 4, 2012 at 7:52 P.M. (GMT +8:00). Is it one of the culprits thats causing my PC to have a BSOD? Plus no BSODs yet.

Well I scanned both of my HDD's using those nothing popped up and scanned with MSE for 10 hours and still nothing except for a worm in my External HDD (Worm:JS/Desplear.C) but haven't detected Win32/Small.CA virus. Any help?

You can try yet one more scan engine, Malwarebytes : Malwarebytes Anti-Malware removes malware including viruses, spyware, worms and trojans, plus it protects your computer Click the FREE version, not the trial.

I'll ask a security exert to have a look here too. It seems some of the Small.CA files are fake to induce people to pay for a scanner. Others download more malware and other software without a user's consent.

What security program was running when Action Center had the initial warning? Only security can detect malware, not Windows.

Let's do two things
first ...
Please download TFC by Old Timer TFC - Temp File Cleaner by OldTimer - Geeks to Go Forums and save it to your desktop.
Save any unsaved work. TFC will close ALL open programs including your browser!
Double-click on TFC.exe to run it. If you are using Vista/Windows 7 right-click on the file and choose Run As Administrator.
Click the Start button to begin the cleaning process and let it run uninterrupted to completion.
Important! If TFC prompts you to reboot, please do so immediately. If not prompted, manually reboot the machine anyway to ensure a complete clean.

@Britton30: MSE was only AV that is online that time and "Others download more malware and other software without a user's consent." I think that is happening to me too because my PC is using around .80-.92% of network utilization on startup. I will try netstat -ano on startup to see whats connected to me some time today

Jacee is very good at things like this, there for very busy helping with lots of computers on other web sites also. I recommend getting un busy as soon as you can and take advantage of her expertise as soon as you can. You have had this computer problem starting post #1 OCT 6. For us to help you we need your help.
