About 4+ years ago I purchased a Windows family pack (3 machines) for upgrading from Vista to Win 7. I have a Dell 1535 laptop (32 bit) which came with Vista and a Dell Desktop (64 bit). I upgraded both machines. All was working fine. I had to reload the desktop about a year later and then again 2 years ago. Laptop works great...
This issue is with our Desktop. The upgrade to win 7 worked fine. I had an issue with the desk top and had to reinstall (can't remember what it was). In January 2014 the hard drive crashed and I installed a new hard drive. I installed Win 7 64 bit and had to validate via telephone. All went well. In July 2014 I started receiving the 'This computer is not running genuine Windows' message.
The message keeps coming up. Of course the resolution from MS is purchase a new license, not a good solution for me. In the past genuine advantage always reported all was well! I tried the Suie (sp) and that would not start.
I have posted the Diagnostic report below the key on the report matches the key on the box...Help :banghead:
Thanks John
