Microsoft office 2007

I have MS office 2007, and I wanted reinstall from ultimate to professional plus. After that on desktop appeared nameless folder, and I can't delete it. How I must delete that folder?
It's right-click menu contains only cut, create shortcut and delete. When I press delete, it says: "Are you sure you want to delete these icons from your desktop? To restore it later, go to Control Panel." I delete it, but when press refresh it appears again. :huh:

that don't work, because it appeared from nowhere, and it is NAMELESS.

at last, I managed to fix it
I closed "trustedinstaller" and "windows installer" in task manager.
Then reopen explorer process, and it disappeared
