Solved Missing "Favorite's" in IE9

I just installed Windows Internet Explorer 9. After opening the new browser I found that "Favorites"was not listed anywhere. Perhaps I am overlooking something? Normally when I have changed browsers in the past I was always asked if I wished to import the previous versions "Favorites". This was not the case. Are "Favorites" available in IE9? If so how can I restore them? Thank you for any help or instructions.

Hello Big Skip,

Is sounds liike you might not have the Menu bar turned on. Check using OPTION TWO in the tutorial below to make sure that you have it turned on. It should be there afterwards.

Menu bar on & off

Hi Brink,

I did as you suggested by checking MENU BAR...ON. It still does not appear. Only when I hit ALTm does it appear. Is there anyway I can get to stay permanently?
I never had this problem using IE8. Thanks.

Strange. Did you install the final IE9 RTM version and not some prerelease or beta version?

Anyways, the tutorial below should force the Menu bar to always be on in IE9.

That's great news.

What version of IE9 did you have installed? That behavior was only seen in the beta versions of IE9, but was all fixed in the final version.
