Missing USB Drivers???

Before I throw my laptop in the nearest canal, please can someone help me?

Over the last few months I have bought 3 new memory sticks and today a new usb hub.

With my old laptop (with XP) they all run fine. With my newer (and in theory main one) that is running Windows 7 I keep getting messages that the driver is not found.

I have tried disabling the memory sticks and hub (all individually, and in more combinations than a knitting pattern), and then rengaging them, rebooting, the infamous CTRL, ALT DEL. I'm not tech minded, but am at the end of my tether! HELP!

There are a number of driver problems with advent machines. Please have a look here, as your problem is probably very specific indeed to your machine;
