modding CPU Meter that came with Windows 7??

Is there any way I can view a log of my cpu meter? Just wanting to see if I can use it to monitor my CPU usage while running a particular app.

There's a gadget for that called mCPU Meter.

Otherwise, right click taskbar and choose start task manager. Go to performance tab.

Or you could use ctrl-alt-del.
