The simple answer there is no. Of course it would help if we knew what card it was and some more system specs of.

While it's not likely the video card can be modified, it's possible a change in settings might help. However, we would need a lot more information from you to be able to help you. In your system specs, you need to fill in the model numbers of your CPU, Graphics card, RAM (memory), the number, size, and brands of HDDs and, if you use any, SSDs, etc. The information you gave us is just too vague for us to tell anything about your system although, if the amount of memory you listed (1024MB) is accurate, it appears you have an ancient computer and I'm amazed it can even run Win 7 at all, let alone run games.

A good program for determining the system specs of your computer is Speccy. Just download and install it. Running it will give you a list of the components in your computer, among other things. Take a look at my system specs to get an idea of how detailed the information in your specs needs to be.

I'm sorry but your system is just too old to be able to perform satisfactorily with modern games. However, you may get some improvement by increasing the amount of RAM in your system. For that matter, everything would probably improve a bit with more RAM. Running Win 7 on only 1GB of RAM is throttling your system quite a bit. Your MOBO should be able to support up to 4GB of RAM. Go to this website, download the system scanner, and run it to see what you may be able to upgrade your system with (it may be hard to find DDR2 RAM). Also, don't be tempted to just add to your existing RAM; replace it entirely.

Getting a little better GPU would help some as well, but you're limited on how far you could go I think.
