linthuan: Welcome to seven forums. I would go to device mamager and under monitors check if it says PnP, if so you need to install the drivere for your LCD. They have a Vista driver Support for 2232BW SAMSUNG You might need to install this in compatibility mode. Download the driver to your desktop>go to device manager>click on monitors>update driver>Browse my computer>Let me pick it> have disk> point it to your desktop and install. Good luck. I know this is an old post, but I'm also having the same problem. None of the more recent stuff I bought for my PC, whether it's a USB hard drive, an external USB hub, and even my monitor, NONE of it will update or recognise it unless it's the stuff I installed along, long time ago, or show up in the control panel. I'm getting some pretty serious driver issues!
