Monitor PC problem

I always use my laptop so I don't need my PC,last use of it was about 6 months ago and it worked fine.So today I turned it on but the monitor was not working,monitor works perfect because I use it on my lap top (dual monitor,my laptop backlight inverter is broken).I can hear the pc noise but the monitor does not show any image or anything.Please Help

Firstly check the cable is fine, no bent pins ect, and change it for the same one as your laptop one if its a different one you use.

Next off open up your case and check everything is secured in place, especially the graphics card if you have one, simply push it down and check the power connectors are seated correctly.

If you use two different cables then check that the input on the monitor is set to the correct PC.

I have one monitor and its plugged on the laptop
I have a computer that I do not use for 6 months and it was working perfect
Today I took it from the place that PC was staying and I mounted (or whatever googletranslate) ,turned it on pc was working (noise) but no display.
It is the same monitor that I use with my laptop and it works perfect.

It is not black screen but the monitor does not show any image it is like its not plugged in but in fact it is.
The message is No Signal Input

Well noise doesn't translate to working. Just because the PC is making noise still could mean you have a video output problem. Can you tell us the specifications of this PC even open and take a picture for us to understand better. Do you have another monitor you can try or borrow a friends? Have you tried booting into bios and does the monitor work then? Have you tried to switch the inputs and what happens or what is displayed.

Monitor is OK ! IT IS THE SAME MONITOR THAT I USED 6 MONTHS AGO WITH THE SAME PC AND IT WORKED PERFECT
How to boot into BIOS when I cant see anything just No Signal ? I tried to change places with cables but nothing

Is that card plugged into the pci slot a graphics card?, looks like it could be. If so are you plugging into this connector or maybe another straight off the mobo? The PC looks dusty and could use a blast of compressed air and it's always a good idea after sitting for a long period to carefully un-seat and re-seat all power and data connections and any cards as corrosion can build up and prevent proper electrical contact.

Are you trying to get data off this old PC or just get it working again?

I have some important photos and some datas,good idea I will try to clean it but hope that my graphic card is not broken and i saw some tutorials that when they clean the graphic card it fixed but i dont even know where the graphic card is and this pc has an integrated one

Maybe easier to get a multi head powered cable for any and all HDD's either sata or IDE and just get the info off and transferred to your lappy and then back it all up.

with 20 dollars I can take my pc to the service and fix it without headache

Well I would clean it and re-seat all cables and cards first and see if that little bit of love doesn't bring it to life. Otherwise 20 sounds cheap if they will get it working again?

Post a picture of the IO ports from the back of the computer please so I can see if that card is a graphics card or if you just have onboard mobo graphics or both.
